Writer shuffling between New York, London, and Manila. I like to keep work and romance geographically separate from the rest of my life.

Because you asked, this is usually how I look when in transit.  I struggle with insomnia during the best of nights, but in transit I’m pretty much a zombie.  With the face to match.  [No, I don’t bother with make-up at the airport.  Yes, I look like crap, but I daresay you would to, after 16 hours of airport hopping.]
Also for the curious, this is one of my convoluted trips: Heathrow for a 6 hour stopover that will include a very quick lunch consisting of Marcus bringing me curry chips (a relief after my weird overnight stay in Doha), Stockholm, London, Scotland, Wales (Doctor Who Experience!), Switzerland, and home to to the flat I share with my boyfriend in New York.
Sometimes I feel like I’m living multiple lives, what with this three months in Asia, three months in America (lately with stopovers in Europe), and then switching off all over again. And then I remember that I feel this way because I AM living multiple lives.   And that I really like all of them, and I’ve made it a priority to live this way.  And that when I move to London with Mark in the fall, I will likely miss my nomadic existence.
